-Business Development: Identify new sales opportunities and potential markets to increase revenue and achieve growth targets. Conduct market research and competitor analysis to stay informed about market trends and opportunities. Represent the company at international trade shows, conferences, and industry events to promote products/services and build a network of potential clients and partners.
-Client Relationship Management: Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential clients to understand their needs, address inquiries, and provide excellent customer service. Act as a point of contact for overseas clients, resolving issues promptly and effectively
-Sales Presentations and Negotiations: Prepare compelling sales presentations, product demonstrations, and proposals for clients. Lead negotiations to close deals and ensure the best terms for the company.
-Sales Reporting and Analysis: Keep track of sales performance, prepare regular reports, and analyze data to identify areas for improvement. Use data-driven insights to optimize sales processes and achieve better results.
-Coordination: coordinate with other departments to respond to inquiries, and requests or solve the issue (if any) from customers, and agents in time
-Other tasks assigned by the direct manager.
-Bachelor's/College’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, International Business, Foreign Trade, or a related field.
-Proven experience in sales or business development, preferably in an international setting.
-Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with fluency in English and potentially other languages depending on the target markets (France, Japan, Korea, China)
-Strong negotiation and presentation abilities.
-Knowledge of international market trends and export regulations.
-Ability to work independently and as part of a diverse team.
-Willingness to travel internationally as required.
