Sales Logistics - Air Freight

Sourcing and maintaining relationships with new and existing clients in the air freight industry
Acquiring potential customers, and building customer relationships to achieve assigned sales targets.
Drafting service offers for new customers, participating in negotiations, making service contracts, and monitoring the contract implementation process.
Collaborating with relevant departments to ensure timely and accurate processing of shipments
Reporting work results periodically or unexpectedly.

Graduated from a college or university with a major in International Business, Business Administration, Foreign Trade, Logistics, or related industries.
At least 01 year of experience in Air freight Sales, experience in ocean freight sales, and/or overseas sales is an advantage.
Proficient in office computers: Word, Excel. Know how to use professional email management and writing software.
Ability to be sensitive, dynamic, creative, and confident in work. Well adapted to a volatile and high-pressure working environment.
Good communication, persuasion, and negotiation skills.
Having good situational skills, time management, and effective conflict resolution.
Have good knowledge of English in communication, read and write well. IELTS: 5.5 or equivalent English Certificates.
