Legal Specialist (Logistics)

Job description

Be in charge of the Company's legal matters.
Draw up contracts, documents, transaction record terms, and procedures. Control the legal liability of the Company's documents and contracts issued and signed.
Provide timely legal counsel and advocacy to directors, managers, and executives on relevant legal issues.
Perform all other duties assigned by supervisors.

Candidate requirements

Bachelor's degree in Law, University of Law , Law Department of International University.
2-year minimum experience.
Basic reading and understanding of English documents.
Proficient in Microsoft Office.
Thorough, honest, responsible, proactive in handling and updating work status.s
Ability to handle high pressure, good teamwork skills
Good soft skills, flexible communication, behavior
