VILOG 2023 is one of the most anticipated events in August 2023, gathering 250+ booths from both domestic and international participants.
U&I Logistics - An exhibitor of high-quality logistics solutions
With over 20 years of experience in the logistics market, U&I Logistics has developed an extensive network spanning from North to South of Vietnam. Currently, our office system has been expanded to effectively serve the logistics needs of customers in key economic regions. As a result, our exhibition booth attracts numerous visits, fostering connections and exchanges throughout the duration of the exhibition.
At this exhibition, U&I Logistics showcased our best-in-class solutions for 3PL market demand, including Customs Brokerage Agency, Warehousing and Distribution, Transportation, and International Freight Forwarding Services.

Enhancing digital skills for the logistics workforce
At VILOG 2023, representing U&I Logistics - Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong, Head of Information Technology Division, and Mr. Bui Huu Nghia - Head of Human Resources Development Division accompanied “Vietnam Logistics Human Resource Education & Training Forum - VLET 2023” with the “Enhancing Digital Skills for the Logistics Workforce - Effective Linkage through Training and Education” topic. This forum was held by Vietnam Logistics Business Association (VLA), and VINEXAD.
From a business perspective, Mr. Nguyen Quoc Cuong stated that, facing challenges related to workforce, digital skills of personnel, and psychological barriers during the digital transformation phase, U&I Logistics has utilized warehouse management solutions to reduce operational staff, employed transport management solutions to optimize transportation. Additionally, we have implemented solutions for our customs brokerage agency to enhance productivity in customs procedures and better manage the accounting process.
Mr. Bui Huu Nghia mentioned that during the digital transformation, U&I Logistics encountered some difficulties regarding our IT team, including issues related to the quantity and skill level of team members, as well as budget constraints at the initial implementation phase, which were relatively modest.
Mr. Bui Huu Nghia stated that the Human Resources Development Division (HRD) and the Information Technology Division (IT) of U&I Logistics will collaborate to share Warehouse Management System (WMS) with universities through the Viet Nam Association for Logistics Manpower Development (VALOMA), aiming to help students bridge the gap between theoretical knowledge and practical application.
