U&I Logistics - On November 7th, 2023, U&I Logistics Corporation signed a cooperation contract with Huu Nghi Xuan Cuong Joint Stock Company to develop the logistics activities at Huu Nghi border gate, Lang Son.
Attending the signing ceremony wee the representatives of Lang Son Provincial Business Association, leaders of units at Huu Nghi International Border Gate and Dong Dang International Railway Station Border Gate; representatives of U&I Logistics Corporation and Huu Nghi Xuan Cuong JSC.
According to the agreement signed, the two sides will cooperate in the logistics field by investing and expanding logistics infrastructure in several locations; investing, operating, and exploiting international railway stations; and cooperating in logistics services such as import and export agricultural products. U&I Logistics Corporation and Huu Nghi Xuan Cuong JSC also develop cooperation logistics services, including freight forwarding, transportation, warehousing, customs clearance, ect. in in Lang Son and Binh Duong provinces in particular, as well as a number of other areas nationwide

At the signing ceremony, Mr. Mai Huu Tin – Chairman of the Board of Directors of U&I Investment Corporation stated that the signing ceremony would mark the official beginning of the cooperation between two companies in growing the logistics industry in Vietnam.
“U&I Logistics has operations across the country and overseas expansion, but at Huu Nghi border gate of Lang Son province, we appreciate the vision and ability of Huu Nghi Xuan Cuong JSC. We believe that our relationship and experience in the logistics field can along with Xuan Cuong JSC to create many other values for the development of logistics as well as the economy of both Lang Son and our country”, stated Mr. Tin.
